Reservations and Cancellation

All clients will be expected to complete a consent form at the time of their appointment. For appointments cancelled you will be expected to give 48 hours’ notice, or you will need to pay a non-cancellation fee when having “top ups”, you may also be required to pay upfront for all future appointments.  For more information please ask a member of the team.

Medical Conditions

Certain medical conditions/medications can prevent us from being able to do laser, book a consultation today and your therapist will be able to discuss this in more detail. Clients will be offered aftercare advice routinely.

Facilities

We pride ourselves in providing a safe and comfortable environment, for Laser hair removal both clinics currently use the Cynosure Elite laser, Wilmslow also has Dornier Medilas Skinpulse laser.
